Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the kc888 website located at kc888.club and all associated services, products, games, and features offered by kc888 (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game, or otherwise using any portion of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kc888 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update or modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. kc888 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the kc888 Privacy Policy and the kc888 Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any other document on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the kc888 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the conditions below before registering an account or using any kc888 service.

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. kc888 strictly enforces an 18+ policy across all products. If kc888 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is under the age of 18, kc888 reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, withhold any winnings, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities where required.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your country or jurisdiction of residence.
3. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the kc888 Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.
4. Not a Compulsive Gambler: You confirm that you are not registered as a problem gambler with any self-exclusion programme, that you do not have a known gambling addiction, and that you are not using the Platform in violation of any voluntary self-exclusion or cooling-off period you have previously requested.
5. Acting on Your Own Behalf: You confirm that you are registering and playing on the kc888 Platform solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any other person or entity.

kc888 uses automated and manual systems to detect underage registrations. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned where legally possible, and all winnings will be forfeited. kc888 takes its obligations in this area extremely seriously and has zero tolerance for underage gambling.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of kc888 services, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number.

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. kc888 accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by your failure to keep your registered details up to date.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kc888 username and password. Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• All activity that occurs under your account — including bets placed, games played, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify kc888 customer support immediately via the on-site live chat.
• kc888 uses two-factor authentication (OTP via SMS to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number) as an additional security layer for logins from unrecognised devices and for withdrawal requests above defined thresholds.
• kc888 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from kc888 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

kc888 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that the account holder no longer satisfies the eligibility requirements described in Section 2.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

kc888 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via a comprehensive range of local and international payment methods designed to meet the needs of players across Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.

Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Times: Most mobile banking deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your kc888 balance within seconds of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days depending on the issuing bank.
• Withdrawal Verification: All first withdrawals require completed KYC verification before processing. Subsequent withdrawals may require additional verification at kc888's discretion.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, or to a verified method associated with the account holder's confirmed identity. kc888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal Processing: kc888 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment method and any ongoing verification requirements.
• Transaction Records: A complete history of all deposits and withdrawals is available within your kc888 account dashboard at all times. kc888 recommends that you review this history regularly.

kc888 reserves the right to delay, refuse, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in violation of these Terms. In such circumstances, kc888 may request additional documentation before a transaction is released. kc888 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities where legally required.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

kc888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cricket betting credits, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Each promotion has its own eligibility criteria. Unless stated otherwise, promotions are available to players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held per account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus before completing an existing one may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.

This includes but is not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Right to Modify: kc888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any modification will not affect bonuses that have already been validly claimed and are actively in use.

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

kc888 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following categories of conduct are strictly prohibited on the kc888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with kc888.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to access or use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by any person under 18.
• Multiple Account Abuse: Registering more than one account per individual, whether using different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods.
• Automated Software and Bots: Using any automated software, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, or other programme to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other game on the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the kc888 Platform for any purpose related to the laundering of funds derived from criminal activity. kc888 complies fully with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are null and void.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks through your bank or payment provider after deposits have been used for gameplay.
• Threatening or Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory language towards kc888 staff, live dealers, or other players at any time.

kc888 employs a combination of automated detection systems and human review to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, kc888 may act immediately and without prior notice. Players who believe their account has been actioned in error may contact kc888 customer support to submit a formal appeal.

Section 7

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kc888 does not warrant that the Platform will be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components, and you are advised to use appropriate security software when accessing the Platform.

• kc888 is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, third-party payment provider delays, regulatory action, or acts of God.
• kc888 is not responsible for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure or for any unauthorised access to your account where you have not notified kc888 promptly upon becoming aware of such access.
• kc888 is not liable for any tax obligations that may arise in your jurisdiction as a result of winnings or transactions made on the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to comply with all applicable tax laws in Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction where you reside or are subject to tax.
• kc888's maximum aggregate liability to any single player in respect of any claim or series of claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kc888 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice. kc888 also reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
